• Technical data — IP address, device type, browser and log data for security and service improvement.

• To process and facilitate escrow transactions between buyers and sellers.

• To send notifications about transactions, OTPs and important service information.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes.

• Passwords and PINs are stored hashed and cannot be read in their original form.

• Data is kept while your account is active or as long as needed to fulfill the purposes of collection and legal obligations.
• Even so, no system is completely risk-free; you are also responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

• Request deletion of certain data, as long as it does not conflict with legal obligations or the needs of settling a transaction.
